I'd say while they're kids yes, when they grow up no... :)

It will probably in the same range as Infiniti G37's rear. So, small kids, yes. big fat kids, no :)

There's a video on youtube of a guy who's about 6' sitting in the back of one. It's a tight squeeze, but would fit children or smaller adults. More space than the backseat of a 911. :)

3 Questions:
1. Can a set of golf clubs fit in the trunk?
2. Can you sit in the back seat if you have legs?
3. I have seen 2 different wheels in vids and pics; polished and smoked alloys. Are both going to be available? I have seen the build sheet and it does not mention different wheels.

1. Yes, I've seen this demonstrated, but it it's a larger bag, it's a tight squeeze through the boot opening, that has been the main complaint, ie: large boot, but small boot lid/opening.
2. Yes as also pointed out by ATL - Porche, you'd only have trouble sitting in the back if your 'oversized'. IMHO small price to pay for such a capable sports car ;)
3. In most if not all markets/Countries 2 different finishes of wheel will be available, silver finish and a darker shadow chrome finish, the top spec model with all the features (Black edition) comes with the darker rims :)

To add to Wraith's response:
The "black edition" = black exterior / red & black interior / black wheels is NOT available in the US. If it was I would have gotten it. Dealer told me 95% orders in US will be "premium" package and 5% will be base model, 0% black edition.
If you choose to get the "cold weather package" instead of getting summer tires and darker wheels, you get the all season tires along with silver wheels.
Let me know if anyone has any more questions, I spent 2 hours with the dealer asking every possible question.

Before I put my deposit down on the GT-R, I really wanted a 997 Targa. I have a small child, and it was a deal breaker to have that backseat even if it's tiny. I had to rule out other 2 seaters that I really wanted... This car is a great compromise of power, price, and practicality. The 3P's if you will... (i just made that up)

I am confused about the price of the GTR heard a range from (72K to 120K) and the point of buying the 2009 model if the 2010 is going to be so different e.g. more HP and wight reduction im not sure if this is true but i have heard it more then a few times in deferent places

2009 Nissan GT-R MSRP should be around $70k, the high price you heard is the markup price from the dealerships. There are rumors of a GT-R Spec V version in 2010 with higher horsepower and reduced weight, but the price is around $100k when out.

ouch 100k wont feel that bad when it comes out in 2010 then just didn't wanna buy it if 2010 was same price and stronger cant wait to buy it insurance is going to be a pain for me though also wanted to ask if any one has an idea about top-secrets twin-turbos are coming out

just release from a magazine (Hong Kong)in my area that the V spec will be launch at the end of this year in Japan and price approx 30% higher. Carbon fibre will be use in the area of hood, front lip, skirt, rear bumper and rear spoiler.....and the two recaro seat. Total weight saving is approx 100kg. Not confirm but it may become a two seater. Power will be up 40hp to 520hp. and the wheels will be different too....

Can you scan the magazine article saying this and post it up here? Several people here (including one of my co-workers) can read Chinese so it would be appreciated!
